The ideal corporate solicitor will have around 2-4 years PQE, which should include experience and an interest in the technology sector, covering the cleantech, life sciences and/or digital tech sectors. You will have broad experience of mergers, acquisitions, funding, venture capital, private finance and hedging transactions. You will be acting for clients ranging from start-ups to high profile financial institutions, and the firm can offer excellent autonomy and client contact from a very early stage.
