"The influence of teachers extends beyond the classroom, way into the future."
Horizon Teachers are working with a thriving, Ofsted 'good' school in Putney who are seeking a bubbly early years teaching assistant to join them after the October half term on a long term basis!
The school aims to set high standards for all pupils in order to get them ready for life outside the classroom. Learning is at the centre of everything they do and children are encouraged to become active members of society who have high expectations for themselves. The staff team are motivated to instil qualities of respect and resilience into each pupil, and teach them to work to their best ability.
The school is looking for a creative and enthusiastic early years teaching assistant to work with the reception class. Your role will be to work with the Class Teacher to provide high quality support to the pupils, in order to prepare them for future life. You will be able to organise exciting and creative activities which will allow children to learn through play. You will be required to provide 1-2-1 support for a number of different children, but also carry out general TA duties.

"I had a great experience with Horizon Teachers, they found me a school very quickly taking into consideration my preferences of role and location - which for a graduate at this time was really refreshing. The team was also very friendly, particularly Reece who prepared me well for my interview and answered any questions I had quickly." - 5* Google Review

In order to protect the health and welfare of our team, teachers and support staff, we will be holding video consultations for the foreseeable future.
