Are you an experienced Care Worker looking for a new and exciting challenge?

We have an exciting opportunity for a new Field Care Supervisor to join our team.

Working with a hardworking and supportive team, you would be joining a thriving company that provides innovative and exciting opportunities within the health and social care sector in Norfolk and Suffolk.

The Field Care Supervisor is expected to provide assessment and case management to customers within the community as well as supporting Care and Support Workers within the field.

Key activities include:
  • Assessment of new customers and setting up new packages of care
  • Reassessment of existing customers
  • Undertaking quality reviews
  • Undertaking audits
  • Undertaking assessments of Care and Support workers
  • Multi-agency working

Essential Skills
  • At least two years' experience of working as a care worker.
