CRM Manager - North West - £35k

Zachary Daniels Recruitment are delighted to be partnered with one of the world's most exciting premium sportswear brands based in the North West. As our client continues to grow they have identified the need for a number of brand new roles in their growing head office function. Our client is currently looking for a CRM Manager to join the team.

In the position of CRM Manager for our client based in the North West, you will be responsible for concept through to execution of the customer communications and retentions strategy.

Some Key Responsibilities Include:

Create engaging comms with customers through a consistent and relevant programme of communication
Retain, reward and reactivate customers through developing an effective CRM function
Ownership of data integrity
Review on programme KPI's broken down into new initiatives, monthly campaigns and other customer marketing activity
Devise, test and rollout a customer loyalty programmeAbout you:

A minimum of 3 years CRM Marketing experience, within fashion, retail and/or sports
Highly competent in email marketing and ESP tools (experience of Klayvio is a bonus)
Ability to work in a small, hands on and commercial team
Good knowledge of Google Analytics
Proven experience of managing CRM Our client is comfortably one of the most exciting brands on the market at the minute and this role is a brilliant opportunity to step up and own the CRM performance. You may be a CRM Exec looking t step up, or a CRM Manager looking for a new role.
