School Administrator / Receptionist, North Nottingham
Are you an experienced Administrator keen for work in the Education Sector?
Your new role
As a School Administrator you will play an integral part in maintaining the vital functions of the school that ensure it runs smoothly. You will have the responsibility to provide administrative support to the whole school. Your duties will include answering the phone and greeting visitors, administrative duties including formulating letters, managing post, responding to emails, dealing with school meals administration, ordering stationery, paying invoices, handling monies, printing and photocopying and managing school systems like SIMS.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate MUST have previous experience working within a school or busy office environment alongside a working knowledge of SIMS systems. An enhanced DBS is also required for this post.
