I'm currently supporting a fantastic consumer focused business that has some very exciting growth plans for 2021. They are investing in their digital strategy with this CRM Manager playing a pivotal role in the retention and acquisition of customers. The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing the customer communication and retention strategy, including email and mobile (SMS) marketing plans.
? day-to-day management of email delivery
? Develop CRM function - design marketing strategies to retain, reward and reactivate customers at different stages of the customer lifecycle.
? Ownership of customer data - responsible for data hygiene, standardisation, validation and de-duping activities, including DSR and GDPR requests.
? Monitor overall programme KPIs on an ongoing basis and report on the performance of new initiatives, monthly KPIs and other customer marketing activity.
? Work to develop scalable acquisition programs and partnerships with a view to database growth.
? Minimum 3 years' experience in online CRM Marketing, ideally within fashion and/or retail (or similar experience.)
? Proven experience of managing retention and CRM programmes and database management.
? An understanding of the current data protection and privacy legislation.
? Very strong in email marketing and ESP tools (Klayvio knowledge is a big bonus)
? Good knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics).
