A modern and dynamic law firm in Hertfordshire are looking for a senior property litigator to join their established litigation department.

This role will be split between two offices: Hertfordshire and Liverpool Street.

The Opportunity:

You will join an established litigation team and report to a Director however you will be the lead property litigator in this firm and so should possess substantial experience.

Your caseload with cover both residential and commercial property disputes to include: landlord and tenant disputes; service charges; developments; property disrepair; dilapidations; breaches of contract/lease; repossessions; forfeiture; construction disputes; professional negligence (property related); property related insurance, among others.

This firm intend on investing heavily into their litigation department over the next 12-24 months and so the opportunity to become a Director and/or head of department is possible in future.

What's needed for me to be considered?
  • Be a UK qualified Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE - there is no upper limit to this bracket.
