Experienced and qualified Teacher of Science position with temp to perm option.

My client is looking to recruit a passionate Teacher of Science to join their successful team. Science is a subject where you can really captivate students. They are looking to appoint a teacher who is motivated to teach engaging and effective lessons across all science subjects.

Key Duties:
* Manage pupil learning through effective preparation and delivery of engaging teaching.
* Use a variety of methods and approaches (including differentiation) to match curricular objectives and the range of pupil needs.
* Set high expectations for all pupils, to deepen their knowledge and understanding and to maximise their achievement.
* Undertake full pupil assessments to help steer and guide their learning experience.

What you'll need to succeed:

* Experience teaching Science
* Qualified Teacher Status
* Ability to monitor and evaluate teaching and learning.
* Ability to assess the needs of individuals to inform lesson planning.
* Resilience in working with challenging behaviours
