Technical Compliance Manager

A market leader in their sector, our Client is an established and highly successful Fresh Produce service provider, working with an exciting portfolio of products that are destined for the UK retailers. We are currently seeking a Technical Compliance Manager to work across two sites ain Kent and strengthen their position with customers at an exciting time of expansion.
Reporting to the Head of Technical, this Technical Compliance Manager role will ensure compliance to Legal, Food Safety, and Customer requirements across two packaging sites, to include;
Ensure the internal audit schedule is implemented against the QMS & the Customer Codes of Practices / Requirements
Supplier risk assessment / auditing (inc. packaging), to include ethical & due diligence standards if applicable
Management of the QMS / Quality Management System, to comply to BRC requirements
HACCP / TACCP team leadership, documentation, validation, and review
Coordination of site GMP audits and recording of corrective actions
Management of pest control contract
Requirements;
Previous experience in a Technical Compliance Management position, within Fresh Produce / Food environments
Knowledge of and confident to work to & achieve BRC & Tesco Food standards
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work at all levels
Driven, energetic, and passionate about achieving results
Driving Licence is essential due to travel across sites
Salary; £35-40k - dependent on experience
Hours; Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm, but flexibility required
