An exciting opportunity has arisen to work at the No. 1 College in the country.
Due to unprecedented growth in our science provision at Burnley College we are looking for experienced teachers to complement and expand our current team. The successful applicant would deliver across a range of 16-19 vocational qualifications including Applied Science and Forensic & Criminal Investigation, as well as the opportunity to be involved in the introduction of T-levels in Science and Healthcare Science as well as to be involved in developing our University provision for this area including Medical Biology and Physiology & Pharmacology. The department welcomes informal visits to our outstanding facilities prior to application / interview process.
The current team work collaboratively and have high expectations of students and have an excellent rate of achievement.
It is essential that you obtain a degree or equivalent level qualification in a relevant subject, you will ideally have knowledge of current issues and developments in the Further Education sector.
The salary for this post is £28,444 - £34,133
