My client is a leading supplier of epos, payments, self service and prepayment services to industry UK wide. Their expansive client base includes Sky, Vodafone, BT, football clubs, hotels, restaurants, coffee shops and many more.
Due to continued growth they now seek a Technical Project Manager to join their team to work with their Operations Manager to ensure continued enhancement of customer satisfaction, system installations and support team enhancement
Required / abilities
Project Management experience, ideally in an epos roll out and support environment.
Liaise with the clients to ensure their needs are met and implement additional assistance and technology where required
The ability to identify client needs and communicate these with your technical support team and senior management for effective resolution.
Manage and motive your team to provide the systems and support required
Produce management reports
Devise and implement effective solutions to technical issues.
A negotiable basic salary of: £35k to £40k pa
