We are a fast-growing modern IT MSP based just outside Brighton, supporting businesses with a wide range of technical solutions. We are looking for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join our team, bringing in additional knowledge and skills to serve our customers. The successful candidate ideally will have experience working for an MSP and should be capable of providing 1st Line IT Support on both help desk from our office and onsite at customers locations as necessary.
1st Line IT Support Engineer
£20,000 – £24,000 DOE + Oncall bonus + Pension + Health Casback plan (after probation) + Relaxed Working Vibe
1st Line IT Support Engineer Required Skills:
+ 1+ years’ experience working in an MSP environment.
+ Tier 1 Support capable – desktops, network hardware, cloud, etc.
+ Driving Licence and Car – from time to time you will be required to visit sites and save the day
+ Hero Attitude – we care about our customers. You must love technology, business, people, and delivering the highest quality in customer service
+ Industry qualifications – we can fund and provide resources to help you achieve more

As part of this role there is also the opportunity to join our opt-in on call rota to earn extra money by covering out of hours emergency calls. You can join or leave the rota at any time.
