Retail Assistant within a Bike store

An industry leading cycling company, who are passionate about success and customer satisfaction, are looking to hire a Retail Assistant to join their team. This is an important role where your knowledge of cycling and firsthand experience of using the products will be essential to build relationships and trust with customers.

The Role

As an Assistant of this busy, Southampton store, you will need to be positive and proactive whist ensuring day to day tasks are completed. Specific tasks include:

• Sharing knowledge and advice with customers
• Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Day to day administration duties
• Stock inventory
• Goods in and goods out management
• Liaise with the Store Manager on window dressing and merchandising
• Till operation

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role you will have experience within a retail sector and have a passion and dedication to cycling. You will be a self starter and have a drive to create a positive customer experience. You will need to be a proactive, well organised and motivated character that has excellent communication skills.
