Norse Group are an expert service partner to a growing portfolio of public, private and commercial clients across the UK, providing a variety of services across commercial, property and care disciplines. Alongside our operational delivery teams, we have a full back office support function that provides a variety of guidance to the business, including a professional health and safety, environmental and quality team - SHEQ.
As our SHEQ team continue to play a key role in enabling our service delivery, we are looking to recruit an IMS Quality Advisor to operate from our head office in Norwich.
In this role, you will work alongside a variety of health & safety, environmental and quality professionals to ensure compliance with Group and accreditation standards by;
* Helping us attain and maintain ISO accreditations, including 9001, 14001 and 45001
* Investigating all non-conformity across the Group suggesting and implementing initiatives for business improvement
* Contribute to the creation and promotion of IMS policies and practices
* Participate in the IMS audit programme, undertaking project work the follows the findings
This will be a visible role across the business, where you will engage with a variety of stakeholders across our different business units. As such, you will need to hold a Full UK Driving Licence to be considered for the position
Our Ideal Candidate:
We will provide you with a platform for ongoing professional development within this role, however you will need to have a working knowledge of ISO Management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. If this is complemented by an IOSH / ISO Auditor Qualification or membership of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) this would be an advantage, but not essential as we can help you attain these.
Aside from this, you will need to demonstrate your experience within a previous IMS or Quality position, with experience taking part within internal audits being essential.
You will need to have strong documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise written documentation for a varied audience, with the ability to communicate effectively through this and stakeholder engagement.
