Finance Analyst - Warrington

Client/Role

A well-respected property company is looking to recruit a Finance Analyst to take responsibility for the reporting of the operating region, preparing supplementary info where necessary. They will provide assistance to the Divisional Finance manager as necessary and also build a strong relationship with the head of finance, enhancing their understanding of the developments within their region.

Duties will include:

· Support in preparing management packs and investment packs for procuring new land

· Challenge assumptions and spot trends

• Cashflow reviews, and business plan reviews
• Site reviews, analysing results and trends regarding performance.

- Ownership of the month end process

- FP&A - build cost analysis, sales performance, trend analysis etc

- Support in preparing management packs and investment packs

- Month end management accounts and accounts payable

- Cashflow / business plan reviews

- Balance sheet and bank reconciliations

What they are looking for:

- Proven management accounting experience

- Knowledge and willingness around IT systems

- A confident individual who can challenge assumptions and spot trends

- A willingness to succeed and drive their development

- Experience within construction desirable
