Senior Litigation Solicitor (Civil and Commercial Litigation)

A long established law firm in Tunbridge Wells, Kent are looking for a Senior Dispute Resolution Solicitor/Senior Associate with a minimum of 5 years PQE in handling a broad mix of both civil and commercial litigation matters.

You'll be taking over a developed caseload which encompasses a wide range of litigious cases from instruction to resolution including property litigation (residential and commercial), employment (claimant and respondent), contentious probate, contract disputes and commercial disputes. You'll also have the opportunity to have involvement in non contentious employment and commercial work should this be an area of interest.

You must be a qualified Civil/Commercial Litigation Solicitor (c5yrs+ PQE) with a proven track record in handling the majority of areas of litigation mentioned above in particular, Property Litigation. You will be used to conducting your own advocacy and be used to developing and building client relationships.

On offer is a competitive salary/package which is negotiable depending on experience along with the opportunity to play a key role in growing the litigation department in the future. You will initially be working remotely, before joining the firms offices in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

The firms offices are commutable from most parts of central Kent including Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Maidstone, Sevenoaks and East Grinstead and have ample on-site parking available.
