Job Details
We looking for a manager with regulated service experience that will be able to:
You will manage a team of staff in undertaking daily surveillance of the care home provider market; overseeing and managing Covid activity; providing reports on data and soft intelligence on a daily and weekly basis to the various Covid related groups and boards, along with expert advice; attending meetings with partners to provide updates and insight into the Covid position in terms of infections, staffing and emerging issues across the provider market.
You will work closely with registered managers across the ASC commissioned and in-house services to ensure that all of the necessary infection prevention and control measures are being effectively adhered to and will work closely with partners such as the CCGs IPC team, the CIC Frailty team, Public Health; Public Health England and the Care Quality Commission.
You will work closely with the Contract Performance and Quality Manager, Commissioning Managers and other managers that are working on Covid related activity from across the council. You may be required to work weekends and bank holidays but this would be on a rota basis.
