Email Marketing / Email Executive / CRM Executive

** With this role you will be required to be in Reading two to three days a week.

We are pleased to be working in partnership with a European eCommerce giant with a multi-million pound turnover and large digital marketing team, who are recuriting for an Email Specialist to come in and own all things email marketing. This is an amazing opportunity to have autonomy and rebuild the email channel capability for the business working within a fast paced commercially focused environment.

This role will own the full lifecycle from concept, content creation, email production through to delivery and post campaign analysis. You need to be a doer and someone who will enjoy being very hands on and rolling up your sleeves.

To be considered for this role you will require the following skills and experience:

• At least 3 years' email marketing experience.
• Track record in exceeding email marketing targets.
• Technically proficient in building automated email programs and skilled in customer segmentation to enhance CX.
• Ability to understand data and reports to highlight key actions and insight.
• Experience of using a CRM / ESP such as Klaviyo would be highly advantageous
• Strong Team player and great communicator across all levels of the business.
• Good knowledge of retailer e-commerce objectives and ways of working.
