Job Details

With over 500 employees this service provider's HR department operate as quasi business partners working closely with line management.

You will offer advice and support on the whole range of HR issues covering
all employee issues including:
Employment legislation
Employee relations
Performance and attendance
Disciplinary, grievance and sickness

You will need experience in a HR generalist capacity where advice and support has been a large part of your role. CIPD Level 5 (or above) is required and ideally experience within a sizeable multi-site business.

There is a wonderful people first culture in the business and you will assist the HR leadership in delivering the strategy and strategic plan.
