Our client are a looking for an enthusiastic and versatile 2nd Line / 3rd Line Helpdesk Analyst to join their Oxfordshire based team. This exciting new 2nd Line Helpdesk Analyst has come about due to sustained success and subsequent growth of the company who provide outstanding IT Support and service to clients across the county. Offering abundant career progression opportunities in a friendly and relaxed office environment this new 2nd/3rd Line Helpdesk Analyst position is ideal for anyone looking to work with a variety of technologies in a dynamic "all-round" support role!

My client are keen to speak with 2nd Line / 3rd Line Helpdesk Analyst candidates who are good decision-makers, team players and proactive in everything they do. The 2nd Line / 3rd Line Helpdesk Analyst will require excellent communication skills to accompany good technical knowledge in order to provide the best possible support service. If you have experience as a Technical Helpdesk Support Analyst (2nd Line) or similar experience within IT then this role could be for you!

TECHNOLOGIES INVOLVED INCLUDE:

The 2nd Line /3rd Line Helpdesk Analyst will be responsible for providing excellent customer service whilst assisting clients with their daily IT issues and will ideally have knowledge or experience with the following technologies:

·Office 365

·Windows Server, Active Directory

·Microsoft Exchange Server

·Networks (WAN/LAN, routers, connectivity)

·Virtualisation - Hyper V

·Broadband connectivity and setup, Wireless routers

·Firewalls (i.e. WatchGuard)

·Sophos security

·Backup Technologies i.e Datto / Symantec / Windows backup.
