Maintenance Engineer (Nightshift)

Sunday-Thursday (22:00-06:00)
Salary Negotiable DOE + Benefits
Maintenance Engineer required for a local food manufacturer who supply a range of products to the major retailers throughout the UK. The business has seen an uplift in work and as a result, are looking for an additional engineer to support the current night shift team.
The candidate must have had direct experience working in a production maintenance role, within the food industry. The successful candidate can hail from a mechanically or electrically qualified background and will have some degree of multi skilling. You will be willing to work as part of a small night shift team to support an increase in production.
Working as part of a 3 man nightshift engineering team, the objective of your role will be to work towards maximum machinery uptime. Your tasks will include, reactive and planned maintenance, project work- machinery improvements & installations. You will work in conjunction with production and act as a technical advisor for all things engineering on your shift.
