Excellent opportunity for a Engineering Manager to join a stable, market leading, dynamic business who are going from strength to strength and remained fully operational through the pandemic in an autonomous role where you will shape the future of an Engineering department.

The company are a specialist manufacturer supplying to a number of different sectors. Due to the nature of the business, their products have remained in demand through the COVID-19 pandemic and the company are now looking to grow hire a new Engineering Manager to help keep up with orders and also drive the company into the future.

In this role you will lead the engineering team managing any requirements the business has relating to engineering and maintenance. You will work alongside the senior management team, implementing PPM schedules, managing projects and aiding with the implementation of Health & Safety policies. You will also work on training programs for other teams and monitor the plant's condition.

The candidate will come from a management position within an engineering/manufacturing environment have previous experience of both electrical and mechanical engineering with relevant qualifications in one or both disciplines.

*Management experience within Engineering/Manufacturing environment
*Multi-skilled - Mechanical & Electrical
*Relevant qualifications for either one or both of the above
