Your new role
Junior HR Manager to head up internal client groups across the London offices, working closely with stakeholders and partners. You will be responsible for proving commercially lead advisory support across all levels of employee including leading on key people projects including talent succession, change management, talent review, recruitment and Diversity and Inclusion.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience operating in a Senior HR position within a Law firm (required)
* Proven experience with talent succession, salary/ performance reviews and bonus reviews
* Strong ER experience
* CIPD Level 7
