My client in Crawley is looking for a service desk manager who can oversee their support desk. They are looking for somebody who has experience in leading a team of 4+ engineers but who is also hands on. You will act as the point of esculation for the help desk and provide mentorship for junior staff.
Previous Service Desk Management Experience
3rd Line Support
Experience in training junior engineers
This role is in a very fast paced environment and you will be very busy and responsible for making sure that all of the tickets get delt with appropriately. If the service desk team can't deal with the problem, it will be esculated to you and you can take care of it.
