Now they are looking for an exceptional Customer Success Advisor to help us expand the service team and help form the core of our UK Service Operations. The Customer Success Advisor who will work US hours (UK evening shift) and will be responsible for managing all the technical aspects of the relationship with US customers. This will include assisting with the Technical onboarding of customers, providing first line support, and helping customers and their users with the day to day operation of the platform. They are looking for an individual who is comfortable working with a complex SaaS solution and who can handle themselves in a charming and relaxed manner when speaking to customers.
Obsessive about delivering a great customer experience and service
Ability to work 2pm-10pm shift -Monday to Friday
Minimum 2 years experience provisioning and supporting customers
Be comfortable with supporting customers on a sophisticated SaaS solution
Top Customer Service performer but have more to give and more to achieve
Demonstrable Success in supporting small and medium sized organisations
Experience in telephone and web based support
Ability to provide customer training either on-site or remotely

This role will be based in our Leicestershire office, but your clients are based in the USA so be prepared to travel to see them as the need arises.
