Digital Account Director

Search is excited to be working with this ecommerce and digital transformation agency based in Leeds. They're specialists in large scale UX and web development projects for clients including international retailers across fashion, homeware and FMCG. Due to their outstanding success in 2020 they're now looking for a ecommerce Account Director to join their team in their impressive offices in Leeds City Centre. (The team are currently remote based but long term the successful candidate will be expected to be able to work from the Leeds office)

As a Senior Account Manager or Account Director, you'll be accountable for the growth, retention and strategic direction of a high value client portfolio. You'll be your clients' trusted advisor, emerging yourself in their brand and business to ensure their ecommerce proposition is delivered effectively by the agency. You'll be the client's first point of call and you'll also juggle lots of internal relationships with teams such as project management and development.

We're looking to speak to established Senior Account Managers or Account Directors who are looking for new challenge within a business where they can really influence. You'll have proven client examples of where you have led large scale UX and web dev projects across ecommerce and retail. Ideally you'll have some experience of Magento too. Naturally you'll be commercially astute.
