Your new companyAn International client with their European office based in a stunning office in Oxfordshire. They hold a world class product team that builds innovative and award-winning performance products for various types of outdoors environments. They are a client who prides themselves on a close working environment and they are growing year on year. As such, the team are looking to recruit an IT Support specialist to join their Oxfordshire office to work closely with their US team to help on various projects and IT Support.
Your new roleA key role within the IT Team, reporting directly into FD and working very closely with the USA IT Team. As in international client, there will be a lot of interaction with the Senior Management as the company is very close knit, working closely with the other specialisms and colleagues across the company to provide the best possible results. Needing an IT Support Specialist with SAGE experience to come in to help with the day to day assistance, corresponding with the USA, but to also work closely to migrate the systems from SAGE to SAP successfully in due course. Experience in SAGE is essential to the client as you will need to have exposure to using this system to be successful within your role.
What you'll need to succeedI'd like to hear from candidates who are passionate about their career progression and want to take ownership of their own desk. The successful candidate should hold experience in IT Support for a few years now, O365, Active Directory and Exchange. The system you would using is SAGE so holding experience in this would be massively beneficial and set you out from other candidates. You will need to be able to engage with Key Stake Holders including CEO level management across the Europe and USA. You should also be able to maintain desktop images and meet other business needs too alongside maintaining the day to day IT needs.
