Client Manager required for a fast and dynamic growing accountancy practice with a diverse range of clients and with a national reach.

My Client is looking for an accountant in for an exciting role covering work in their Small Business and Compliance departments.

This role is an exciting opportunity to change, influence and improve the service these departments provide internally and externally. My client works hard to deliver evolving approaches and systems that support the business as they scale, and this is your chance to apply your skills in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment.

All candidates must :

Have a minimum of 5 years' of accounting practice experience

Be qualified with ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience

The ideal candidate will have existing knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102, including section 1A, and FRS 105), and UK taxation matters (including corporation tax and self-assessment). They will also have excellent IT skills and experience of using accounting packages including Iris, Sage, Xero and QuickBooks.

They must be highly personable and confident with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate must also have managerial experience, whether managing their own client base or running their own business in the past, as the role will involve management of a small team of staff, as well as clients within the small business department.

They must have the ability to work to deadlines under pressure and be dedicated, enthusiastic and self-motivated, due to working remotely.
