Engineering & Maintenance Manager
Worksop
£65,000 - £68,000 + Bonus + Progression + Pension + Package
Position for an Engineering & Maintenance Manager from a manufacturing, chemical or production background looking for a fully autonomous role where you will be entrusted to develop one of the company's flagship sites through project identification & delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist company where you will be responsible for the overseeing maintenance regimes, management of a multidiscipline team and the delivery of high value & complex improvement projects.
The company themselves are a specialist manufacturer with a number of sites in the UK & Europe. Due to continued growth and expansion they are now looking for a Maintenance & Engineering Manager to join their team.
In this position you will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for coaching, developing and mentoring a close knit engineering team. You will also be responsible for the development of maintenance programs alongside the identification and delivery of numerous development projects.
