We need a Senior Developer or a mid level developer looking for that next step. Someone who can really take control of projects and guide them from start to finish and also someone who can mentor Junior Developers along the way.

As the company is growing, there are countless other avenues for you to go down further down the line (Architect, PM, Lead Developer) and more. So if you have ambitions to progress but feel like you are stagnated in your current role, then here is a place where your can fulfil your desires.

Buzzword bingo

Now I've read many adverts over the years and a lot of them follow similar formats and include a hell of a lot of buzzwords i.e innovative, ambitious, forward thinking, award winning, global etc.

Now I won't bore you with all of them but what I can say this is this company have an office in Portsmouth and also the USA, so they are global, right? They are also multi award winning, and I'd be happy to tell you all about what they have won. They are also innovative as they are always thinking of new ways to do things and new ways to stay ahead of the competition. There are opportunities for you to suggest new ideas.

Although they are global and employ quite a few people, there definitely isn't a 'large company' feel to them, more of a start up culture more than anything. You can work in a team but and you can suggest ideas. There are no closed door policy and none of the corporate stuff and you are left to your own devices to complete your work as you see fit (within reason)
