The Role
The purpose of this role is to drive awareness of and engagement with Storey. The holder will need to deliver marketing plans to support the Storey and Storey Club business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate marketing plans and activities to ensure Storey, Storey Club and any new Storey products are effectively leased
  • Work closely with customer acquisition and digital teams to deliver marketing materials to support leasing and sales, to include but not limited to pitch documents, proposals, leasing app content and building leasing materials
  • Organise and deliver photography, CGIs, videos and walk throughs for Storey properties
  • Review competitor offering, marketing trends, customer insight to develop detailed customer profiles and input to both marketing and commercial strategy
  • Work closely with
    • the head of digital to drive forward the online offering and digital marketing approaches
    • the head of brand and experience to run an effective programme of customer events and develop Storey's brand with the relevant British Land endorsement
    • the head of customer relationship marketing to devise a communication programme for Storey customers
  • Fully embed in the Storey team, attending weekly team meetings, awaydays and other team events

General Marketing

  • Budgets: Support assets in development of annual marketing budgets and develop budgets for development sites for IC submission and project implementation
  • Stakeholder liaison: Manage and proactively communicate with all stakeholders - asset managers, sustainability team, property managers, managing agents, retailers and other third parties, e.g. Marketing agencies
  • Customers Insights: Work closely with customer insights team to ensure all digital plans respond to feedback from the target customer groups
  • Special Projects: To take responsibility for across marketing projects as required
  • Procurement: Work with the central team on the appointing, managing and evaluating the agency roster
  • Sustainability: Ensure that the new Sustainability strategy becomes 'business as usual' during the marketing decision process.
