Grafton Recruitment are looking to recruit a Parts Manager for a market leading power tools company that are a household name. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business where you will be able to run the department autonomously and introduce changes to benefit the business.
THE ROLE:
As a Parts Manager you will be required to:
- Manage a team of 10 Telesales Advisors ensuring high standards of customer service are met at all times
- Create a customer focussed culture, where the aim is to go above and beyond
- Work closely with buyers and suppliers to ensure orders for parts are shipped on time
- Monitor inbound and outbound parts
- Set departmental KPI's and monitor performance accordingly
- Represent the company's vision and goals internally and externally
- Utilise leadership skills to coach, motivate and empower employees
- Upskilling staff and identifying training needs
- Provide aftersales and warranty support to customers
- Identify opportunities for improvement in current processes to deliver best in class customer service
- Troubleshoot in a timely manner by asking relevant questions to help identify the root cause and advise the customer accordingly

- Commercially astute with the ability to think strategically
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate and engage with people across all levels
- A dynamic personality with the attitude to always do better
