Senior Audit Manager (Quality Assurance ) - Membership Body - Home-based (South of England) - Circa £70k-£76k
Robert Walters are hiring for a Quality Assurance Manager (Audit) for a leading, instantly-recognizable membership body for accountants.
This is a permanent, full-time role paying circa £70k-£76k plus benefits package; It is a home-based role with travel to client sites in the area local to where you live (can be anywhere in South England)
The Quality Assurance Manager will sit as part of a QA team that assess and report on the quality of work carried out by the members of this organisation - In this role the focus will be on review of audit practitioners.
The QA Manager will visit sites (via video call at present due to Covid-19) and will sit with audit practitioners to check on the quality of their work, and will review their case files. These will be firms large and small, in this case based in South England close to where you live.
When not conducting a visit, the QA Manager will work from home writing up reports on the visits - So there is not office-based element to the role.
The company requires a audit specialist with significant experience working in external audit in practice - Ideally up to Senior Manager level or above.
Candidates must be either ACA or ICAS qualified and must be hold a driving licence in order to do the visits.
The role comes with a salary of circa £70,000-£76,000 plus family-level private healthcare and 9% pension contributions.
