We currently require an experienced school business manager who has previous experience taking specific responsibility for school finance, HR, Health and safety and site management.
This is a full time and permanent role within a large Oxfordshire primary school, you will be part of the senior leadership team, working in a fast paced environment and assist the head teacher, SLT and governors to ensure the school fulfils it's aims and values.
To fulfil this role you will need to be able to:
-work under pressure effectively and efficiently
-Have a proactive and organised approach, with an ability to grasp detail and complexity
-Be flexible to duties and to working hours, to ensure business runs smoothly
-Have experience at a senior level dealing with complex staffing and employment issues
