An exciting opportunity has arisen with my client who are looking for a Private Client Secretary to join their team Fareham Office.
The candidate will be supporting a small team of solicitors ensuring that documents and correspondence relating to all matters are processed quickly and accurately, and assisting the team as necessary. You will need to ensure that the firm's file management procedures are accurately carried out, attend to clients both on the telephone and in person and manage a range of administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to take responsibility and help the team to deliver a high quality service to clients. You will also need to have an excellent telephone manner and good time management skills.
Previous experience of working within a Private Client Department Excellent knowledge of MS Work, Excel and Outlook for Diary Management Fast and accurate audio typing skills Excellent written communication skills Experience in using case management systems/databases for client management
