Are you a Workshop Manager with Cars/Vans/HGV experience? Do you have experience of planning work, financials and leading staff?
This well-established company are part of a larger group that are going through a period of continued expansion and have a reputation based on quality of their services and work.
In this role you will report into the regional manager and deal with customers on a regular basis to make sure the company is providing an exceptional service. You'll be leading and motivating staff and will be responsible for profit/loss to ensure the company is operating effectively.
This role would suit a Workshop Manager that has come from a hands-on background with HGV's. You will have moved into a leadership position and will enjoy managing a workshop to the highest standards.
*Planning work and liaising with customers to provide an exceptional service
*Financial responsibility for jobs and labour costs
*Working with the regional manager on developing system
*£37,500 - £38,500 + Bonus + Excellent Pension + Personal Training and Development Plan + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
*Experience of working with HGV/LGV/Cars/Vans etc.
*Experience of leading staff and planning work
*Good negotiation skills and financial skills
