Estates Manager

Location: Scunthorpe, North Lindsey College

Salary: 30,000 - 35, 000 ( fixed point to be agreed )

This is an exciting opportunity for a building professional to join the DN Colleges Group (DNCG)'s Estates and Facilities team. The role will provide pivotal leadership, support, and development of the department

You will play a key role in the development and delivery of the DNCG's property strategy to provide an outstanding and inspirational environment that creates a high performing culture and improves staff and learner's experiences across all campuses.

DNCG's estate consists of a mixture of modern, ageing and listed buildings across South Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire

To be suitable for this role you will have significant management experience and ideally within estate management, although this might also either be within surveying or property management. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with customers and communicate effectively

This is a group role, working closely with the Director of Estates and Facilities and the Head of Capital Projects and will involve work across all campuses
