Tremendous chance for an experienced family solicitor / legal executive to join this upcoming practice and lead a strong department dealing with quality private paying family law matters.
Ideally you will have gained more than 4 years' PQE and have previously managed your own caseload of private paying matters as you will be dealing with a mixture of divorce, ancillary relief, cohabitation disputes, matrimonial disputes, domestic violence and private children applications. If you are a member of the Family or Children's Panel then that would be an advantage, however this is not an essential requirement for this role.
The family team currently consists of 3 family solicitors and one assistant. As a Team Leader, you would be expected to oversee team performance and expansion given the rising number of family cases. This law firm have a strong international client base, so clients you will be dealing with both UK & international Family Law matters.
