Job Details
Ashley Kate are pleased to be supporting our client in Lincoln who are looking for a new Finance Director for their group of companies.
The new Finance Director should be qualified or qualified by experience and with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leader role at board level.
You will need to work with the accounts team to delivered detailed management accounts and analysis around actual Vs budget with commentary for the board.
The Finance Director should be able to work with the management team on improving the business efficiencies and drive up profitability and managing costs and cost reductions where possible.
One of the key parts of the role will be the detailed cash flow forecasting the Finance Director will produce and report to the board, enabling the board to make informed decision and improved business planning. You will oversee the running of the divisions credit control and cash collections department and identify and mitigate risk to the business.
Other group responsibilities for the new Finance Director will include but are not limited to;
·Internal process audit & control
·VAT returns
·FCA returns
·External Audit Management and primary contact for extremal stakeholders
You must be a strong, commercially minded Finance leader who enjoys leading finance professionals and have knowledge of Kerridge accounting systems, together with being a skilled Microsoft Excel user.
The role is full time with working hours 8am to 6pm.
The basic salary starts from £60,000 and depends on experience.
