Production Manager

Impact recruitment are looking for an experienced manager with preferred experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Our client are based in Northampton and have received a large project that needs overseeing for the next four months with the option to be extended. This role is looking to start immediately and the start date will be the beginning of December.

In this role you will have a production leader reporting directly to yourself with around 40 staff members to look after between the two of you. These staff members will primarily be production workers in an assembly based role.

Role: Production Manager

Shift: Twilight 5pm - 2:45am only Monday to Thursday

Salary: £36,000 per annum

Prepared to work the twilight shift
People management
