The Role - Team Leader Medical Devices Clinical Trainer

Leading a team of medical device trainers, endoscopy specialists and support staff
Planning and developing training resources for both internal and external customers
Project managing implementation of services
Assisting with the recruitment of new team members
Supporting commercial activities and initiatives
Ensuring compliance with quality, environmental and health & safety systems
Your Background - Team Leader Medical Devices Clinical Trainer

To succeed in this varied and exciting role you will have:

Two or more years experience in a healthcare theatre environment, e.g. ex-theatre nurse
Experience in the medical device sector
Team leader or line management experience is advantageous
Background working in a healthcare, hospital or clinical setting
Experience of planning, documenting and facilitating training would be beneficial
