Zachary Daniels have a brilliant opportunity for a Category Manager to join a highly regarded business based North London.

To support the growth of the business, we are looking for a Category Manager to join the team.
In the position of Category Manager for our client based in North London, you will be responsible for the following:
Create, monitor and deliver favourable commercial terms for the full cradle to grave of the buying process
Mitigate business risk whilst identifying new opportunities
Develop and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers at a senior and strategic level
Negotiate contract terms with key suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery terms
Create strong and balanced relationships with key stakeholders, including Marketing, Merchandising and Supply Chain
Lead, motivate and inspire a high performing teamTo be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years buying experience within retail. You will also demonstrate a highly commercial approach, whilst being proactive and supportive to others. Being results driven with a balanced focus on people, will be something that comes naturally to you.
