Senior Business Development Manager – B2B SaaS for Legal | Calling Candidates with B2B Software Sales Experience
Within 1 hour reach of Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 – Waterloo / M3 Reach
£50,000 – £70,000 Base Salary plus Uncapped £100,000 OTE

Who we are:

We design, develop and sell SaaS software to law firms. We want to be loved by the majority of law firms in each geographical area that we serve and we’re going to stop at nothing until we achieve that.

Launched in 2011, we already have nearly 1000 law firms using our software, but that’s not nearly enough. We know that we have the best product and the best service in the market at the most competitive price, but we need the rest of the world to know about it.

And that’s where you come in…

The Senior Business Development Manager Opportunity:

We are looking for a true sales leader who lives and breathes our company values of being Trusted, Passionate and Supportive. You will marry these skills to:

+ Engage with new prospects and building the new business sales pipeline
+ Close new business sales
+ Achieve monthly sales targets
+ Maintain the brand quality
+ Adhere to the business vision and company values

About You:

+ Proven track record (we think 5 years will do it) of selling software, ideally SaaS into in a B2B environment. Ideally you will be used to dealing with professional firms such as Solicitors or Accountants.
+ You'll be demonstrating our software, so you'll need a good understanding of technology and be able to talk knowledgeably about it. If you think that cloud is something fluffy in the sky then this is not the role for you.
+ You will inspire confidence from our customers and from our team, and we will be proud to have you as our representative in the marketplace.
+ You will be full of ideas and continually inspiring your team members with new and clever ways of attracting business. Our marketing team will be sick of your constant asking for more opportunities, more people to talk to, and more content to share.

In addition:

+ You'll be professional, presentable and honest
+ You'll be confident speaking publicly
+ You'll be patient, calm and work well under pressure
+ You'll be target driven and resilient

You'll also need to hold a Full clean UK driving licence for the customers we can visit and the events we can attend (when safe to do so)
