Role: Telecoms Deputy Service Manager

Skills: - Mitel, NEC, Unify and hosted, LAN/WAN, VOIP, Wi-Fi, SIP, Broadband, Previous field service and installation experience, Service Delivery & Customer Service.

One of our clients in Luton are looking to hire a Telecoms Deputy Service Manager who has experience with Mitel, NEC, Unify and hosted, LAN/WAN, VOIP, Wi-Fi, SIP, Broadband, Previous field service and installation experience, Service Delivery & Customer Service on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to end clients and being able to liaise with the technical team to ensure service level agreements are being met.

This position will be office based so we are looking for someone within commutable distance to Luton. You will be working closely with Installation and Projects teams whilst also delivering the best possible Customer experience.

Dependant on your level and experience salaries are ranging up to £40,000 per annum.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Networking Skills, Configuring routers, switches and firewalls
  • Installing IT hardware and services
  • Product knowledge and experience with Mitel, NEC, Unify and hosted.
  • LAN/WAN
  • VOIP
  • Wi-Fi installation and knowledge of SIP and Broadband is desirable
  • Previous field service and installation experience
  • Service Delivery / Customer Service
