HR Manager - Education

6 month FTC - Remote working

Education sector - TUPE experience essential

A well established organisation operating in the education sector are looking for an experienced HR Advisor, HR Manager or HR Specialist with TUPE experience to join them on an initial 6 month FTC.

Please note - to be suitable you must have had previous experienced within the education sector and have worked across TUPE projects.

This HR Specialist role will support the executive team in providing advice and guidance and they go through the TUPE process as well managing the wider HR function.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead and advise on all elements of the TUPE process

Advise and guide line managers on all employee relations issues

Lead recruitment across a number of business areas; shortlisting, interviewing and managing offer processes

To be successful in this role you will have strong working knowledge of employment legislation, with good written and verbal communication skills. CIPD Level 5 qualified or above is essential.

The salary on offer for this role is up to £39,000 pro rata.

This role will be based at home initially - with occasional travel into the Leatherhead office.
