Conveyancing Executive

• Exeter
• Salary up to £35,000
• Monday to Friday (09:00 - 17:15)
• Ideally seeking 2-3 years' post-qualification experience within conveyancing law - CLC or CILEx
• Alternatively, we will consider people who have lots of fee-earning experience without the qualification

One of Exeter's top law firms are looking to recruit a conveyancing executive, within their busy, modern and successful team. This role would ideally suit someone who has a CLC or CILEx qualification, who may have had to supervise in previous roles. However, we will also consider experienced conveyancers without the qualification. This is one of the city's more modern and progressive firms, which provide a career pathway and a busy stream of work for the team. With the option to supervise two conveyancing assistants, this will provide someone with the opportunity to gain some useful management skills. This role will be seen as an integral part of the team, providing someone with the opportunity to be influential in the running of the team.

Experience and skills required:

• Qualification within CLC, CILEx or similar and at least 2 years' experience within conveyancing
• Or alternatively 5+ years' experience in conveyancing as a fee-earner (if without the qualification)
• The ability to supervise two conveyancing assistants
• A hard-working ethic
