Senior Accountant

A progressive and established Accountancy Practice based in Essex is currently seeking a Qualified Accountant to join the organisation as a Senior Accountant.

Reporting directly into a Partner, you be the first point of contact for clients, along with being hands on with a number of clients themselves managing the preparation of accounts and personal / corporation tax.

• Responsible for members of staff
• Produce accounts and tax computations for a variety of clients (sole traders, partnerships and limited companies up to £25m turnover).
• Work planning for both accounts, overseeing the junior members of staff and file reviews.
• Train and mentor members of staff.

Candidates should be Qualified within the Practice environment and be keen to continue and progress their career within a small growing firm. Due to the nature of the firm's portfolio. Part qualified and qualified by experience will be consider, subject to demonstrating accountancy practice experience.
