Head of Operational Risk

Recruiting for an Head of Operational Risk, the business is seeking some who is able to help effectively implement and grow operational risk awareness.

This is an incredible opportunity to for someone who has been interested in being part of a start-up function, where few controls and processes are established and you really get to make your mark. You will be a crucial part of the risk function where you will:

• Designing and executing the implementation of initiatives which enhance the operational risk maturity.
• You will play a key role in educating key stakeholders in risk awareness as well as establishing effective risk frameworks.
• Undertake initiatives including facilitating risk workshops, training and education across the organisation.
• Regularly assessing key processes and controls
• Liaise with key stakeholders and risk owners to ensure that departmental risk registers are regularly updated

Truly a great chance for someone who has a strong risk background working in either 3rd line or 2nd line and is looking for a fresh challenge.

Ideally you will have a qualification across finance, audit or risk and have the capability to engage with senior stakeholders
