Gaining experience within schools is essential if you're interested in becoming a Teacher. The more
practical experience you have in the classroom can make your application stand out above the rest.
We are recruiting for a teaching assistant to support teams within mainstream primary,
and special educational needs schools in Bath. You will be required to complete assignments on either a long or short term basis, covering staffing gaps within one or several school.
You will be responsible for communicating well with the children, managing behaviour, helping with
school trips. You will also be supporting students with particular needs, working with them individually or
in small groups.
We are looking for someone that;
Has a genuine passion to work directly with children
Is available 3 or more days per week
Is able to communicate effectively with students
Has experience working within a setting that caters for children
