Warehouse Team Leader

Role: Warehouse Team Leader

Location: Cheltenham

Salary: £20,000 - £21,000 per annum

Main Duties:

Unload and receive goods inwards, putting to store after inspection
Pick and issue materials required for production
Receive manufactured goods and put to store
Prepare goods for customer despatch and load onto collecting vehicles
Ensure inventory is accurate and aligned to ERP system at all times
Establish productive and flexible teamworking relationships, providing mutual cover as required to ensure smooth and continuous factory operation

Skills and Background:

Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Previous warehouse experience essential
Counter balance fork lift licence required, ideally narrow-aisle vehicle
Ability to carry out physical tasks, follows manual handling training
Flexible team-player, willing to take on variety of tasks
Good standard of numeracy and literacy
Excellent communication skills
PC literate, email, spreadsheet, word processing, stock control systems
